🥣 Ingredients:

  • 200g rice noodles or instant ramen (no seasoning pack)

  • 1 cup cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 carrot (julienned)

  • ½ bell pepper (sliced)

  • ½ onion (sliced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

  • Optional: tofu cubes, green onions, sesame seeds


🔥 Directions:

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
