Berry Collagen Yogurt Parfait


A sweet treat that supports glowing skin and healthy hair.

🍓 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (protein + probiotics for gut and skin health)

  • 1/2 scoop collagen powder (supports skin elasticity and hair strength)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – antioxidants galore)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetener with antibacterial properties)

  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts (vitamin E + healthy fats)

  • Optional: a sprinkle of chia seeds or flaxseeds

🥄 Instructions:
