 Tofu & Veggie Stir-Fry for Radiant Skin


A quick, wholesome stir-fry loaded with antioxidant-rich veggies and protein-packed tofu (tokua), perfect for boosting collagen, detoxifying the skin, and giving you that natural glow.

🧄 Ingredients:

  • 200g firm tofu (cubed)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (red/yellow, sliced)

  • 1/2 cup carrots (julienned)

  • 1/4 cup green beans or snap peas

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp turmeric (optional)

  • Sesame seeds & spring onions for garnish

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prep the tofu: Press tofu to remove excess water, then cube and lightly pan-fry until golden brown.

  2. Stir-fry veggies: In a pan with oil, sauté garlic and ginger, then add all vegetables. Cook until slightly tender but still vibrant.

  3. Combine: Add the tofu back in, pour in soy sauce, and sprinkle turmeric. Stir-fry everything for another 2–3 minutes.

  4. Serve hot, topped with sesame seeds and spring onions.
