Tofu & Veggie Stir-Fry for Radiant Skin
A quick, wholesome stir-fry loaded with antioxidant-rich veggies and protein-packed tofu (tokua), perfect for boosting collagen, detoxifying the skin, and giving you that natural glow.
🧄 Ingredients:

200g firm tofu (cubed)

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup bell peppers (red/yellow, sliced)

1/2 cup carrots (julienned)

1/4 cup green beans or snap peas

1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
-
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 tsp ginger (grated)
-
2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp turmeric (optional)

Sesame seeds & spring onions for garnish
🔪 Instructions:

Prep the tofu: Press tofu to remove excess water, then cube and lightly pan-fry until golden brown.

Stir-fry veggies: In a pan with oil, sauté garlic and ginger, then add all vegetables. Cook until slightly tender but still vibrant.

Combine: Add the tofu back in, pour in soy sauce, and sprinkle turmeric. Stir-fry everything for another 2–3 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with sesame seeds and spring onions.
