  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp chili powder or chili flakes (adjust to your heat level)

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp sugar (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup water (as needed to moisten)


🍳 Instructions:
