Stir-Fried Tofu & Veggie Noodles

Ingredients:

100g firm tofu, cubed

1 cup cooked soba noodles (or rice noodles)

½ cup bell peppers, sliced

¼ cup carrots, julienned

1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tsp sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Spring onions or sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:

Sauté tofu until golden, then remove.

Stir-fry veggies in sesame oil with garlic.

Add cooked noodles, tofu, and soy sauce. Mix well.

Garnish and serve warm.
